This is a contracted therapist position that offers you the ability to make your own hours, manage your own session scheduling and truly develop work life balance! Pay is depending on years of direct clinical experience working in mental health and your license level.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy and family consultation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare and school-based professionals to coordinate care &  educational support as needed
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments
• Stay updated with current best practices in therapy and mental health care
• Refer to community resources and entitlements as needed
• Maintain professional and general liability insurance

• Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling 
• Active State of Ohio Licensure (LSW, LPC or LISW, LPCC) in good standing with no history of board discipline. 
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with people 
• Proficiency in assessing diagnosing using the DSM5-TR
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems or ability to learn
• Previous experience in outpatient or community mental health settings
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems
• Empathy and strong ethical standards
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Committed to ongoing professional development
• Committed to on-going cultural competency
