Postpartum life can be stressful and overwhelming. But two things can be true. Postpartum can also be beautiful and empowering. Being a mother myself who had many barriers to successful breastfeeding, I connect with overwhelm and eagerness to have a successful nursing journey.

I work to educate families about strategies to promote bonding and how to achieve breastfeeding success while protecting your mental health. 

Breastfeeding may be natural, but natural doesn’t necessarily mean easy. I strive to give you all of the tools you need to nourish your sweet baby and empower you to make the best decisions for you and your family.

I offer prenatal and postnatal consultations and assessments to ensure you and your baby are on track for a successful, long-term breastfeeding journey while reclaiming your power and confidence along the way. 

In-Home

1.5-2 hours in the comfort of your home

I find it best for you to be surrounded by your things, sitting where you spend most of your time with baby, utilizing tools you already have in your home. I will guide you on how to use your home space for the best results and allow opportunity for your partner to join in for supportive insight.  I'll bring along all essential items needed including a measuring tool, nursing pillow, a medical grade scale and more!

In-Office

1.5-2 hours in an office setting

This will take place in my private, cozy office space with essentials provided to lighten the load of things to bring with you.

Postnatal Initial Consultation and Assessment

In home: $150             In office: $200

All first-time appointments include (1.5-2hrs):

• One-on-one consultation
• Personalized pump and accessory fitting
• Active breastfeeding assessment
• Weighted feed - a tool we use to know exactly how much milk baby is transferring
• Recommendations and resources for improved and continued success
• Tips to ensure long-term success
• Ways your partner can support you
