Therapists: we have support for you!

A FREE offer for therapists in practice

We invite you to a FREE series of small group meetings that will allow us to explore various topics related to mental health therapy. Our goals when we have envisioned this time together include the following:

  • Sharing ideas for creative methods to keep clients engaged in therapy
  • Gaining different perspectives and approaches to challenging client cases
  • Illustrating and celebrating successes for complex client situations
  • Discussing changes in legislation related to our profession and/or our client populations
  • Providing a sense of community and support for independent practitioners who do not have coworkers or colleagues for consultation
  • Sharing thoughts, tips, challenges, and concerns related to private practice
  • Exploring FREE ways to manage compassion fatigue and burnout


Location: Sycamore Wellness- 24 S. High Street in New Albany

SUPPORT FOR MEN

Intro to Men's Work: A Path to Growth, Purpose, and Support

Join us for an introductory men’s group to deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your mission in life. This group will introduce you to powerful topics like Jungian archetypes, shadow work, and emotional intelligence. Gain practical tools to become a better father, husband, and leader. 


Our approach is light, beginner-friendly, and designed to make meaningful personal growth accessible and inspiring. Be part of a global brotherhood committed to growth and connection. 


When: Third Thursdays each month,  6:30pm-8:00pm


Cost: Attendance and parking are FREE!

MKP groups are not a service of Sycamore Wellness, rather recognized as a valuable peer-led community resource that uniquely serves men in the self-discovery process. It is NOT group therapy, rather a way to self-improvement for men who participate.    

MORE SUPPORT FOR MEN

A Circle of Men, an IN-PERSON support group designed to socially connect men through discussions on topics that uniquely impact you!  This is an advanced intensive group offered by The Mankind Project, all men are welcome.


Location: Sycamore Wellness- 24 S. High Street in New Albany


When: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month; 6:30pm-9:00pm


Cost: Attendance and parking are FREE!
